1. REQUEST INFO FORM

The information that you provide for us in filling out the request info is used so that we can contact you in response to your request. It is also used to email you our promotions. We typically have 6 to 8 email promotions per year. You can opt of our promotional emails.

The personal information collected will be limited to those details necessary for the purposes identified by us. If you sign up for lessons with us we will give you a registration form for you to fill out after we have received your consent.
